The weighted push-up adds a load to your back to make the push-up more difficult.
In a push-up position, have a weight plate placed flat on your upper back, or wear a weighted vest.
Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, then push back up until your arms are straight.
Your back stays flat: the load must not cause your hips to drop.
