Skater jumps are lateral jumps from one leg to the other, like a speed skater.
Standing on one leg, knee bent, torso leaning slightly forward.
Jump sideways to land on the other leg, the free leg passing behind you, then go back in the other direction.
Absorb each landing by bending your knee and stabilize yourself before pushing off again.
