The single-leg glute bridge works one glute at a time.
Lying on your back, one knee bent, foot flat, the other leg extended or pulled toward your chest.
Push through the heel on the floor to raise your hips until they are aligned, then slowly lower back down.
Your pelvis remains horizontal: do not let it tilt toward the side of the raised leg.
