The single-leg calf raise doubles the load on each calf.
Standing on one leg, the front of your foot on a step, hold onto a support. You can hold a dumbbell in your other hand.
Rise onto the ball of your foot as high as possible, then slowly lower yourself, heel below the level of the step.
Keep your knee straight without locking it. Do both sides.
