Seated knee raises work the abdominals, sitting on the floor or at the edge of a bench.
Sitting with your hands placed behind you, lean your torso back and extend your legs in front of you above the floor.
Bring your knees toward your chest while leaning your torso slightly forward, then extend your legs again without putting them down.
The back remains straight. Keep your feet elevated throughout the entire set.
