Running is an endurance activity that primarily engages the legs.
Run with your torso upright, leaning slightly forward, with your arms bent to accompany the movement.
Strike the ground with your foot beneath your center of gravity rather than far out in front of you, using short strides and a steady cadence.
Start at a pace that allows you to converse and increase the duration progressively from one week to the next.
