The push-up works the pectorals, triceps, and shoulders, using body weight.
Hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulder-width, body in a straight line from head to heels, supported on the balls of your feet.
Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows at about a 45° angle from your body, then push back up until your arms are straight.
Keep your abs and glutes braced. If it is too hard, place your knees or hands on an elevated surface.
