The prone Y works the lower traps and rear delts, lying face down.
Lying face down, forehead resting on a towel, arms extended in front of you in a Y shape, thumbs pointing toward the ceiling.
Lift your arms a few centimeters by lowering your shoulder blades down your back, hold for a second, then lower back down.
The range of motion is small. Do not lift your head.
