The Meadows row is performed with one arm, pulling the end of a barbell anchored to the floor.
Wedge one end of the barbell on the floor. Standing sideways to the other end, staggered stance, hinge at the hips and grip the barbell sleeve with an overhand grip.
Pull the bar toward your hip by driving your elbow back and up, then lower slowly.
Rest your free forearm on your front thigh and keep your back flat.
