The kettlebell swing is a swinging movement powered by the hips.
Stand with feet slightly wider than your hips, holding the kettlebell with both hands, arms straight.
Swing the kettlebell between your legs by pushing your hips back with a flat back, then thrust your hips forward to bring it up to chest height. Let it swing back down and repeat.
Your hips provide the power: your arms do not lift. At the top, stand tall without leaning backward.
