The hollow rock is a back-and-forth rocking movement in the hollow body position.
Take the hollow body position: lower back pressed down, shoulders and legs lifted, arms behind the head.
Rock back and forth while maintaining the exact same shape, like a cradle.
If the form breaks down, stop: the rocking must come from the rigid position, not the legs or arms.
