The hollow body is a core hold performed lying on your back, with arms and legs lifted.
Lying on your back, press your lower back into the floor, then lift your shoulders, arms straight behind your head, and legs straight.
Hold the position, body slightly curved like a banana, while breathing normally.
Your lower back stays glued to the floor. To make it easier, bend your knees or bring your arms down by your sides.
