The kneeling Pallof press works the core by resisting rotation, with a narrower base of support that requires more stability.
Stand sideways to a cable pulley set at chest height, place one knee on the floor and the other foot in front, holding the handle with both hands against your sternum.
Extend your arms in front of you without letting your torso rotate toward the machine, hold for a second, then bring your hands back.
The knee on the floor is the one closest to the machine. Squeeze the glute of that leg. Perform on both sides.
