The glute bridge works the glutes and the back of the thighs, lying on your back.
Lying on your back, knees bent, feet flat hip-width apart, arms by your sides.
Push through your heels to raise your hips to shoulder-hip-knee alignment, squeeze your glutes, then lower slowly.
Do not arch your lower back at the top: it is the pelvis that goes up, not the belly.
