Quick feet is a cardio and coordination exercise that involves stepping as fast as possible in place.
Standing, feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, on the balls of your feet.
Alternate very fast and short steps, feet barely lifting off the floor, for the planned duration.
Stay on the balls of your feet and keep your torso slightly leaned forward.
