The dumbbell bent-over row works the back, with the torso inclined forward.
Standing, knees slightly bent, bend your torso to about 45° with a flat back, holding a dumbbell in each hand with straight arms.
Pull the dumbbells toward your hips by driving your elbows back, then lower slowly.
Your back stays flat and your torso motionless throughout the movement.
