Donkey calf raises are performed with the torso bent at a 90° angle, which stretches the calves to the maximum.
On the machine, place the balls of your feet on the platform, your hips under the pad, your torso leaning forward, and your hands on the supports.
Rise up on your toes as high as possible, then lower slowly until your heels are below the platform level.
Keep your knees straight without locking them and do not bounce at the bottom.
