The dead bug works core stability by moving your arms and legs without arching your back.
Lie on your back with your arms extended toward the ceiling and your legs raised with your knees bent at 90°.
Lower one arm behind your head and the opposite leg toward the floor at the same time, without touching the ground, then return and switch sides.
Your lower back stays pressed against the floor. If it arches, reduce the range of motion.
