The Copenhagen plank works the inner thighs and obliques with a side support.
Lying on your side with your forearm on the floor under your shoulder, place the inside of your top foot or knee on a bench.
Lift your pelvis to align your body from head to toe, with your bottom leg suspended or tucked under the bench, and hold.
Supporting yourself on the knee is easier; on the foot, harder. Do both sides.
