The supinated pull-up works the back and biceps, with your palms facing you.
Hang from the bar with your hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing you, and arms straight.
Pull up until your chin is above the bar while keeping your elbows close to your body, then lower slowly until your arms are straight.
Do not swing your legs to get up. If it is too hard, start with assisted or negative pull-ups.
