The bear crawl targets core stability, shoulders, and coordination while moving on all fours.
On all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips, lift your knees a few centimeters off the ground.
Move forward by simultaneously advancing the opposite hand and foot in small steps while keeping your knees close to the ground.
Your back remains flat and your hips stay at the same height as your shoulders.
