The banded kickback targets the gluteus maximus through hip extension.
Stand facing an anchor point, with the band around one ankle and secured in front of you or under your other foot, hands on the support.
Press your leg backward with your knee nearly straight, squeezing your glute, then return slowly.
Do not arch your lower back: stop the movement when your pelvis starts to tilt.
