
• Starting Position: Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands either on your hips or holding dumbbells at your sides.
• The Stride: Take a wide step forward with your right leg.
• The Descent: Lower your hips until both knees are bent at approximately 90-degree angles.
• The Transition: Drive through your front heel to stand up, bringing your back foot forward to step directly into the next lunge.
