Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell close to your chest in goblet position. Place one foot on a slider, gliding disc, or towel. Keep your chest tall and core engaged. Slowly slide the foot outward to the side while bending the opposite knee, lowering your hips into a lateral lunge. Keep the working leg’s knee aligned with the toes and avoid letting it collapse inward. The non-working leg remains straight and slides smoothly along the floor. Push through the heel of the bent leg to return to the starting position while maintaining control of the kettlebell.
